Hello Everyone!!

Finally did my last run of the program on Thursday morning!

Week 7& 8 took more time than expected, I wasn’t running alternate days but 2 days a week or sometimes 1 day a week. There was a point where I didn’t have a run for 11 days, felt like giving up, yet stuck. Didn’t want to loose what I had built up.

Last week was good, ran alternate days, also negative voices in my head have reduced significantly, don’t take much of head space, so happy about that!! :)

Still haven’t got that “runners high” will continue running,,, aiming for 10k!! Also did all my runs indoor on treadmill,, not sure if I can run outside and have constant pace but that’s also something I need to do!

Want to thanks everyone of you without this forum, I am not sure if I would have done that :) so thank you guys!!

Cheers!! Here to more runs :)

Congratulations!! So good to hear you’ve graduated. I am struggling to get week 8 done. Long gaps between runs and motivation at a low. But this has spurred me on! 🙏🏼

Thank you! It’s good to know that you feel motivated, I will suggest what I did for week 9. Fix a time, preferably in morning and just get the run done, don’t look for motivation before. I assure you will feel better motivated and in control afterwards :D till the next run

I’m sure you’d get a ‘Runners high’ outside on a run, and don’t worry about a consistent pace, just enjoy it and take in your surroundings.
