Download problems

Hi - sorry, I notice this question has popped up before, but I’m still in the woods. I’m getting the attached error message when I try download the episodes. I tried downloading from the NHS couch to 5 website - no joy. I’ve also tried deleting the whole series from my podcast library and reinstalling - no success. What can I do next?Thank you 😊

The podcasts are now available from the NHS website but you may need to clear your browser's cache .iTunes and other podcast apps are still not receiving the podcasts.

The NHS website people are working on fixing the problem with podcast apps, I'm hoping it won't take much longer.

What happens when you try to download the files from the website?

Hi Roseabi, thank you! I cleared my browser’s search cache, unfortunately received the same message when I tried to download straight from the website. But I’ve ended up finding instructions elsewhere and now have the whole series ready as mp3 files - 😊👍🏻
