Hi, just downloaded app. haven't smoked for 2 weeks or had a drink for a week .
never run in my life . Used to play football when younger and lots of other sports
Have smoked from a young age and have always liked a drink... I am 26 stone and 46..I seriously need to get off the couch and start running..
Looking forward to doing the 5K just preparing myself to start....

AlMorr Ambassador Graduate 4 years ago Congratulations on starting C25K, just take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water the day before you run and the same day as well, this is to avoid dehydration, good luck to you Chris 2020.

Great you've stopped smoking .
C25k is an amazing plan and really does work, you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here.
Just go slow and slower again if needed and remember to drink lots of water 7 days a week and not just on run days.
