Recovering from toe (and hairline on foot) fracture (in the end of May) to finishing Week 9 today, I’m feeling overwhelmed. It was a great achievement since I stopped running 5 years ago.
I thank everyone here, on Reddit and other forums for tips and motivation. I simply couldn’t have achieved this without all the virtual support, extremely grateful.
Looking forward for longer runs.
Good luck to anyone who’s trying c25k or wanted to start. It’s definitely achievable. Please don’t give up.
Thank you
