I cried

On September 17th I had to cut short my C25K journey due to knee injury. I started again, W1R1 on 4th October following so much advice on this page (thankyou all) and my running (jogging) has gone really well.

Today was W3R1. I followed Laura to the letter but confess I thought the 3 minutes run would defeat me, but, I managed both 3 minutes. Honestly, I was so elated I burst into tears 😢. By the time I near the end of this programme I'll be a sniffling wreck..

Never, did I expect this 🥰

Take care everyone x

Congratulations on that run Janec1956, my goodness, if you cry on completing run 1 of week 3, the tears will be flowing once you have completed run 3 of week 5 and run 3 of week 9 😢, onwards and upwards 🏃🏾.

Well done for pushing through. Most people who have been through what you have would use any excuse in the book to quit but you’ve carried on. I’ll take this as my inspiration to push 🥰
