Just rejoined the coach to 5k after a long lay off and moving home and really enjoying it, come back with a different approach that it's about getting fitter and not chasing impossible goals 👍

Congratulations on rejoining C25K, take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, good luck for your running journey with C25K, onwards and upwards 🏃🏾 👍

Welcome back.

It looks like you have been away from the forum for quite some time. If that reflects your running, then it would be wise to start from scratch to rebuild your resistance to impact and injury.
