Hello everybody!

Thought I would drop in and give a quick update having graduated c25k back in August.

I have been running consistently 3 times per week ever since and last night I completed a 5k in 28 minutes which literally blew my mind, amazing what a faster playlist can do πŸ™ˆ

I have joined the consolidation group and bridge to 5k, and when I get my first full salary with my new job I will be joining our local gym so I can head inside on the dark nights as my usual routes aren't particularly well lit!

I'm really glad I did c25k and it's really helped me to get myself back in track after having my baby.

Hope everyone is well and enjoying those sunset runs 😊

I also graduated at the end of August, but am still nowhere near running 5k πŸ™„ However, I am happy with my progress, running 3/4 times a week, and still sometimes don't believe that I can run 32 minutes non-stop after starting off not even being able to run for a bus in June!!

Onwards and upwards πŸ‘ You never know, I might even manage that elusive 5k by the end of 2021, but if I don't, that's OK, just so long as I carry on running πŸ˜ƒ
