Done it I’ve done it. Started with a slow dog walk 10 minutes then started the session. When Sarah says now run I always think “ run me run”, but off I go.
Today when sarah said you have run for 5 minutes I thought COME ON give me a break but then after what felt like another 5 minutes it said you have run for 20 minutes and I thought “yes I have and I am still running.
When I got home I shouted “ I have just run 25 minutes nonstop how brilliant is that” the dog looked at me thinking I know I was there and went to curl up on the cushions.
I feel fantastic and slightly amazed I am typing I ran 25 minutes. But I am and I did so here’s to week 7.
I am preparing my acceptance speech for when I graduate 😂😂🏃🏽♀️🏃🏽♀️🎖🎖🎓

Not just the dog that is proud of you, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER 🏃🏾, well done, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3 25 minute runs, not long now until you graduate.
Well done!! We did it!! I walked through my door and burst into tears. I don’t have a dog and my cats were out so just me and the music in my ears! 🙈I still can’t believe how far and long I can run for!
You did so good!! Week 7 tomorrow and I actually am looking forward to it!
Well done indeed!! I also started preparing my speech about then when I did C25k… On the day I went back via the market and bought a big green veg for lunch which I used as a trophy on the way home…
That's SUCH a big barrier - I think it's mostly psychological, but you're over it and streaking for the finish! Well done well done. (I wish my dog was as accommodating!!!)
My dog is only small a Yorkshire terrier 7 but very active still thankfully but her relief is palpable when I get up and get dressed in none running cloths 😂
Hooray well done!!! I keep thinking of taking my pooch running with me, although I’d have him on a lead which will be a bit tricky and he does have a habit of wanting to stop to say hello to everyone he meets
I go early when there’s no one about usually and if we see anybody I just keep the lead a bit shorter. If she wasn’t on the lead she would just stop for ages smelling where the foxes have been and refuse to move.
Feels amaaaazing doesn’t it!!! I remember week 6! Such a breakthrough part of the programme!!! Keep going you won’t regret it! And if 20 mins is feeling like 5 you’re doing everything right! 🥳
