I went out yesterday morning at 6.15 am to do my 25 minute jog. I still haven’t mastered a decent breathing technique yet. I spent most of the run fighting my inner demons telling me to maybe walk a little... They start talking to me before the 5 minute announcement from Sajid Kohli. Then constantly for the next 20 minutes. I’m starting week 8 tomorrow and hoping the extra 3 minutes don’t kill me. 😔😁

A little tip I picked up from UnfitNoMore nike running club app- listen to a 25min session on there!! Amazing 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

Trust the programme, take it easy and you will do this. It does get easier when you graduate and some consolidation runs under your belt. Good luck 👍
i found a guy on You Tube explaining how to breathe - Matt Cama. on my run i took in scenery but i kept thinking about Matt and how to breathe and it worked
