Up and out this morning feeling great first maybe 10 minutes no problems then those bloomin gremlins started to kick it .I argued like mad with them and then just after the halfway mark stitch and started to feel sick took big deep breaths and tried to carry but it just didn't work so slowed down and walked for maybe a minute if that . Decided to get to park gate and see how I felt before deciding go home or carry on ..yep I carried on and felt so much better .
So next time I run
1 make sure I eat properly day before
2 plenty of fluids which I normally do have
3 try eating a banana or something at least before I go out
And 4 grow a pair and fight those bloomin gremlins harder π

I had a similar experience last night, also on wk7r3. I had my new,first worn running shoes on and was ready to complete wk7. But I really struggled, slowed right down and finished but didn't enjoy it one bit π
