Took 5 days off mid-week while I had a cold but didn't seem to affect me when I got back out there.
I had been following the instruction in the podcasts to 'land on you heels', even though it seemed unnatural. It caused me some knee pain in wks 1 and 2. Thanks to Ian's 'Essential Reading' I have now corrected my gait and my knees are much improved.
A bit daunted by wk 4 but no reason to doubt the program - I feel the improvement And I'm still enjoying it!

Good luck tomorrow. Wk4 seems like a big jump but TBH I felt that at the end of weeks 1 and 2 as well and it was OK. That's given me faith in the progression of the program.
