Well that's week three done and dusted. Managed it no problems to report. I've noticed I'm knocking seconds off my time even though I'm not trying to . Pace today was 12.50 m.p.h from 13.20 from previous runs, unless the old Garmin is acting up ! Which brings me to this . As anyone got the Garmin vivo active? If yes how do you rate it? Had my eye on this for some time now not only for my running but my hikes as well . Can't make my mind up this or fitbit surge.

Well if I could keep at that pace for a 5k run that would have me completing in 37 mins just over if I'm not mistaken. Last run was 13.20 m.p.h but I've noticed my times are decreasing every run lol so could be I need a new watch . Makes me feel good anyway for now 😁

I can never get my head round pace my w3 r1 was 9.38/km not sure if it's slow fast or about right. In regards to vivoactive I have a vivosmart hr but looked at the vivoactive hr as an upgrade as I liked the idea of colour etc size wise it was up on my smart but wasn't keen on it so ended up with a forerunner 235 and have to say I'm liking it so far. No touch screen but I can live with that. Found the screen to be slightly better in low light on the forerunner than the active hr. I had bought my wife the forerunner 25 and she likes that. Depends what you want out of the thing , cost and personal preference. Battery life on my forerunner is great.
