Back on for Santa

So I'm back on week 1 of Couch to 5k - getting ready to Santa run again.

By the time you have completed C25K it won't be long before you can run a Santa Dash before Christmas.

Yes Absolutely. That's what I've done before. Get back from summer sailing and then in the C25k.

I am not sure if our local Santa Dash will take place this year, it looks a bit doubtful with "only" just over 3 months until Christmas, so far there haven't been any signs of one taking place.

Go for it ! Lots of charity Santa runs to support. I usually run for our local hospice in Farnham.
