Hello everyone, hope you are having a good week. My first week completed. I really have to push myself to go out and do the run, but once I doing it I love it.

Great job. That’s the toughest week down. Pushing yourself to get out there is a sign that you want this, and soon you’ll get hooked and won’t need to, judging by you loving it. Rest well and enjoy week 2.
