This program has helped so much with my well-being as well as injury. I had bursitis and capsulitis in my right shoulder and literally couldnβt move it without excruciating pain. Running has given me a goal and the focus on breathing or footwork has distracted from the pain.
This year has been so unkind with bereavement as well as family terminal illness, this program has kept me sane and enabled me to just get outside & do it.
Iβm not skinny, fit or now running marathons - but I feel so much better for doing it. Iβve signed up for a 5k in the forest (love the woods π) and am doing a Nordic walking course. These are all to keep moving and feel good π€β€οΈ
Thanks so much & hopefully keep it up π

What a triumph !.. In such a difficult year for you but you have done it and it is now the beginning of many more runs for you. Enjoy your woods adventure .
Welcome to the unfit runners club, Ellio39. I agree with you: so many people are commenting on how well I look, and it's got nothing on how well I feel!! Keep on trucking (or jogging) and be well!
Well done. I'm also a member of the unfit runners club, but a runner nonetheless, its a work in progress. ππ Been a tough year, enjoy your 5k (I've not got to 5k yet). I like the sound of Nordic walking.
