I can’t believe it! It seems only yesterday I was seeking advice here about how to take on hills and slopes… Tomorrow it’s my last run from the C25K podcast, but hopefully not my last run. I’m planning ahead to find other motivational programmes, so that I give myself no excuses not to keep going.
I think I’ll try Stepping Stones next (heard of it here somewhere), and if anyone has any suggestions, they would be very much appreciated! I feel I need to consolidate my results (30 uninterrupted minutes, far from 5K though) before even dreaming to tackle 5K to 10K.
Thank you all for your support so far, your silent voices are often with me when I run!

Good luck on your last c25k run. I've just done the second consolidation run and it is actually getting a bit easier. No words of wisdom other than plan your runs into your week, I think it would be very easy to let it sĺip once a graduate. To keep my motivation I am going to try and get to 5k - still a long way off so should keep me challenged for a while.
Thank you, PJRunner , I’m thinking to aim at that as well, but will need to find a longer route to run. Good luck with your consolidation, I assume if it gets easier it gets nicer, so all the better for consolidating our motivation, too!
I found that I was finishing the plan is quickly.... And tad sad at the end but at the same time so very proud of myself as you should be of yourself. You have done so well to have come so far. . Enjoy your last run of this chapter in your running life .
