On the final straight. Did a run this morning. Well hydrated but tired. I used to be so good at sleeping. Now I’m rubbish at it. 🛌😴 Went slow except for last minute, when I had some left in the tank, so practiced upping my cadence rather than lengthening my stride.

Keep going only two runs left! Maybe try some meditation before bed to wind down- if you have a fitbit/ smart watch you can also use this to monitor and improve sleep patterns!

Hi Baddie, Well done on your progress. 😊🏃‍♀️I took simply ages , 6 months I think, from my first 1 minute running post injury to w9r3, but somehow even those mini runs of a few minutes made me feel that I was making progress and felt good. Lovely to feel that you had some left in the tank at the end. I wonder whether there is anything that would help your sleeping? All the very best for your onward running journey. 🏃‍♀️😊
