Currently on week 8 run 2 of couch to 5k programme. Biggest struggle yet. Had to change my pace multiple times. But my fitness has improved massively since I started. Couldn't handle a 5 minute run comfortably before.

Some runs are harder than others for no obvious reason. Then every now and again you get one that feels easy. Well done on your run. Try not to make my mistake which is starting off too fast. I also have trouble sleeping due to a painful disease, but am now much better at hydrating. Lots of different factors which have an effect. Good luck.
