Just completed week 5, and I’m amazed that I just ran for20 minutes. Also a little bit proud of myself. Never thought I’d be able to do that- (even this morning- pre run)
I started this journey at the beginning of the month and I’m just starting to feel like I might actually be a runner.
I’ve started staring at all the joggers to see what they’re wearing, how they’re running, speed, gait and style.
Am I becoming a bit obsessed??
I think I am.

Well done for running for 20 minutes straight and you should be very proud of you. I know what you mean by obsessed , I look at runners now in a different light now . Clothes wise just make sure it is what works for you , shoes make sure you get your gait checked .Have a great next run ...We will be going across the finish line roughly at the same time!
It really is addictive SoosieSoo this morning I went for an 8k run never in my life would I have said I was a runner but this plan just gets in your head! Think I started back in March 🤔As long as you follow the advice on this fab forum you can do it and more, I have never been so healthy and obsessed with running paraphernalia 😂
You deserve to be very proud of yourself, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾
