I have just graduated and am over the moon. When I started I couldn't run at all so I really can't believe that I have done it. Well worth the 5.30 am starts to avoid human contact and total embarrassment. A real encouragement to anyone that it absolutely is possible. Not quite 5k but 30 mins and I will keep going until I get to the full 5k.
