Good luck, itβs the best thing Iβve ever done. I usually run with a couple of friends on different days but today was my first solo run and I even got up super early to get it done before the heat hit π
Good luck to you. I am at week 7, and was 100% couch potato. I didn't even think it was possible for me to run. And this morning I ran for 25mins non-stop!! So it really is a great program for getting you running. Good for you for taking it up ππββοΈπ

Good luck, had my first run yesterday despite being advised not to due to surgery for a broken neck and having no exercise for 4 years. Absolutely loved it π
