Getting to 10k and Food!!

I've completed the c25k and done a few consolidation runs. What's the best app to get me to 10k now?

Also what does everyone else eat as a snack? I don't eat big meals and I'm finding I'm always hungry with just breakfast, lunch and dinner 😬.

Hi, can't help you with the snack choice but for the 10k a lot of people use Ju ju's magic 10 plan over on the bridge to 10k forum. It's not actually an app but an 8 week plan that can be used for getting either to 10k (Distance plan)

Or running for 60 minutes (Time plan)

You can of course do either

Many congratulations on your graduation, fellow runner.

If you are eating three well balanced meals per day you shouldn't need to snack. If you feel hungry try a glass of water.

Pita + hummus. Veggies + hummus. Peanut butter and banana on toast. Oats.

I love food, often to my detriment! 😂😭
