Was just about to jump in the shower this morning when I thought, I can get in a run first, and shower when I get home. So that's what I did! I'm repeating week 2 this week because I'm recovering from a broken ankle and I'm going to take it slowly, but everything felt fine. Did my warm down stretches when I got home, finally had my shower, and coffee. Fab!

Well done for taking it easy and going steady. I will be starting from week 1 again as I too have an injury which is dragging on. Just waiting for it to heal then back to scratch.
Well done Grumps, glad you are still on it. I'm still some way off restarting, just trying to build up walking distance at the moment but slowly slowly catch the monkey.
