Just completed W5R3 - amazing

I started off this morning thinking that 20 mins was a big ask - however, everything kept going to the end. Considering I'm an old, overweight bloke I think it's remarkable. Looking forward to Week 6 - although the coming weather may delay things.

Well done you!! I’ve done the same run this morning - after putting it off all week after stupidly looking at it after W5R2! Had a teeny walk for about 30secs in the middle - so will probably repeat it on Wednesday! 💪💪

I’m old too and hadn’t run for 50 years. Isn’t it incredible? And it just gets better. I’m on W7R3 next

Well done.

Show respect to your next run, it is not as easy as many think.

Keep running, keep smiling.
