So on 2 July 2020 I decided to have another stab at C25k. I graduated 9 weeks later and didn’t re-do any of the runs. Even then I didn’t truly believe that I was a runner. Fast forward to July 2021 and I am still running pretty much every other day and, most importantly, still loving it.

No huge improvement in pace, no 10k runs for me just yet - just steady life affirming jogs/runs on a regular basis that just do me a power of good.

No moral to my running story other than this - I am a runner. I know it now. I am changed 😊

And I expect you are a lot fitter too. There is nothing wrong in a steady run. Keep it up. πŸ‘ and keep πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ
