Week 7 done …

Runs 1&2 were completed with relative comfort, got into my stride after 3/4 minutes and after 25 mins I felt, actually I knew, I could have gone on and done 30. This morning was different though in that after 7 or 8 minutes I still hadn’t got the rhythm of the previous runs and,far from knowing I could do more, I was relieved at the end of the 25. Still, it can’t be perfect every day and with Week 8 looming, the finishing line is in sight. Good luck to everyone.
