Hi guys, well another run done I seemed to cover a tiny bit more ground this time but could have walked faster in the warm up lol started the run really positive about halfway through thought oh my goodness I'm only halfway through! Then I had a period of settling in as the next thing I realised Jo was telling me I had 5 minutes of 25 to go. When she came on to say a minute left and if you can speed up a bit then do, the previous run she said that I told her out loud to go do one! But last night I thought ok let's give it a go!
So for all those in earlier stages this is achievable, after week one I was a purple dribbling mess, thinking about it I wasn't far off it last night but I ran for 25 minutes! Keep at it guys... There are some great motivational messages that have helped me so far on this journey.
