I had already completed this many minutes a few days ago. Therefore my task today was to try to count my steps aloud whilst running but failed miserably so decided to just concentrate on completing the run instead.
I know I can complete this now. The goal now is to try and complete with less effort.

I pre-empted this message as I did exactly that earlier today and even found a little extra energy to challenge myself in my second week of run 7. I need a few days rest now 😁
