I completed C25k a few weeks ago, managed to do 2 consolidation runs and then I went away for a few days, on our return it was half term so I felt I was too busy with the children etc. They are back at school now and I’m finding it really hard to find any motivation to get out and run . I miss the app!! I could start stepping stones but I wanted to get a few more consolidation runs in, first and I don’t fancy not having my own soundtrack to run too. Anybody else lost their mojo before? How do I get it back? Thank you

The monthly Consolidation Club healthunlocked.com/couchto5... exists for new graduates who are struggling.........it is not uncommon.
Many continue to use W9 of the app for reassurance, sometimes for months. I always suggest creating some weekly targets that are easily attainable, perhaps a new route, maybe run with someone else.
Consolidation period should be fun, without pressure and the hedgerows are beautiful at this time of year.
Hi everyone, thank you so much for your help and ideas!! I have just got back from a run!! I took the advice and started week 7 again, but managed to continue for the full 30 mins!! Not the fastest run, but I know that’s not the point, 3.67km..the point is I was out and I ran!! Thanks to you lovely lot!! I’m going to check out the consolidation club now xxx big love to you all x
Hi Jammers! Lots of help in others’ posts but I thought I’d just say that I did all my consolidation runs as week 9 runs with Laura. By the end of 3 weeks I was feeling confident enough to go it alone. Good luck with whatever you decide to do - that mojo is lying around somewhere in the house, just waiting for you to pick it up and go!
