SO chuffed 😊

Week 5 run 1 this morning. Felt better than I had done all week, nothing felt too tight, had my best 'positive mental attitude' on and the weather was a little cooler than expected, so was really looking forward to it. Run went well, no niggles, kept reminding myself to relax my breathing. Really enjoyed it 😊 So pleased that I have kept up regular running for the past 4 weeks now - that's my longest string for a long time and I have no intention of stopping now πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ€©

That’s great news, over half way through the programme and still going strong. Well done
