Hey all, so I’m new here. Dad of two boys. Currently rocking the dadbod 2.0 and needs to change. I’m looking to move career but I need to be super fit for this career. I’m starting tomorrow my first run in about 8 years.

Well good luck with it , I did mine this morning and found it really hard but hopefully my second run will be a bit better

Good luck!! Stick with it, I was so unfit and couldn’t run for more than 2 mins, about to finish the programme on my next run on Sunday! Now able to run 35 mins non stop albeit slowly! You can do this x
