Treadmill Vs road

On week 3 after a bit of stop and start. Have switched to running on the treadmill at the gym now they are open again. So much easier than running on the road.

I done it the other way around, moved to outside when gyms closed, and found Running outside a much greater pleasure!! Didn't take long to get used to it.. But each to their own.. you're running it all counts 👍

I did the whole C25K and the Bridge to 10k programmes on the treadmill and then transferred outside once pollen/allergy season had finished

I prefer running outside, but I really appreciate the treadmill
