Congratulations on your weight loss and I think to run better outside you just need to keep running outside. Good luck😊😊
I’ve seen it written somewhere that if running on a treadmill, have the incline set at 1, that way when you get outside it’s not too harsh
Well done on the weight loss.
I wouldn't worry about pace, just run outdoors anyway. The variety of terrain and weather conditions will soon start to improve your times, without you having to do anything special. And it's just so much more fun.😁
Good luck 👍
Personally the thought of running on a treadmill for as long as you've been doing it fills me with horror so well done! Everyone's different though, I appreciate that. I just love exercising outside. Is it easier on the treadmill? I didnt know that - I expect you're slower because you're on 'real terrain'. I'm sure once you started outside not only would you get to love it but your times would improve too. I'm trying to run slower at the moment to improve my speeds! See:

I saw this on someone's post last week - it's quite interesting.
Good luck!
If you want to get faster, then spend 70-80% of your running time at an easy conversational pace and only push your pace for the remainder, as detailed in the guide to post C25k running healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
