COGH, the final lap

I ran my 5K for COGH this morning, it really wasn't a very good run, and I think I would actually have cut it short if it wasn't for doing the last lap with everyone here....yes, I wore my t shirt!

Thanks to everyone involved in this, it's really been great fun. I was just looking at the map again, what a very very long way we've run!
