Ran a lovely sunny run today lovely and warm , I got up a bit later as no work for a week whoop!! Busier running past all the school children.

When I got back my left arch has a blister!!! Never had one there before and my running shoes aren’t new what could have happened?

Not sore just know it’s there now.

Foot was moving inside your socks, blister plasters from somewhere like tesco cheap and effective. Running socks make a huge difference Good luck

Warmer weather? feet bigger? sweating more ? My advice, compeed blister plasters and a good pair of socks, I recommend Hilly , more expensive but do a great job 😊

I got one there a few weeks back. Also completely random. Seems to have gone and hasn’t come back.

I was going to say socks too. I used to think paying a lot of money for running socks was a rip off until I bought some Hillys. I don't wear anything else now.

That's a strange one, at least it's not sore and holding you back. Great you still enjoyed your run in the sun!

Found one on the tip of my big toe too! Let’s see how I go with special running socks on order 🦶🏻

One tip from hikers is to wear a thin pair of socks close to the skin and another pair of socks over the top. That way it's the two layers that will rub, not the layer closest to the skin.
