Blisters 😭

I have a blister on the bottom of my right foot.

I'm on holiday right now and so sad that I can't continue week 5. I must be the only person who is upset at the thought of lying on the beach all day without running πŸ˜‚

I had half a thought to try running this morning. I might be an idiot but I'm not that dumb. So I didn't.

I have no choice but to rest it. Next week I'll be back in the swing of things!

Get some blister plasters like Compeed which will help it heal quickly

Blister plasters work they pad the area and then it doesn’t hurt and they help to heal compeed are great and i got store brand ones which are great too and a lot cheaper

Believe me I have psoriasis and very thin skin on my feet and they blister very easily which is horrible so i have loads of sympathy for you and your poor foot

Psoriasis can't be fun at all! I have a lot of sympathy for you, too.

Take the advice ot WillowandSola, in the meantime just enjoy lying back in the sun on the beach and cheering on any other runners that you see, just hope the blisters will heal soon and you too can get back to running.

Definitely compeed, should be available in a pharmacy. Enjoy your holiday

Thank you, I will!

A jel bubble liner for your shoe would help walking, not sure about running. Wishing you speedy healing.

Oh dammit, you're just gonna have to relax and enjoy a lazy holiday πŸ˜†

Then you can enjoy running off all the treats you've had when you get home and your blister has disappeared πŸ‘
