Done my last run last night and it felt like it was the first run I nearly enjoyed. Found a new route to keep it interesting and kept my pace up as best I could. I got my best distance of 2.8 miles so not 5k yet. Tips here has been invaluable including pace, rest days and hydration. I'm going to keep going with this running lark and try to do 3 runs a week. I'd hope to shed some weight but it's clear that that isn't realistic-but body shape changing - so hopefully that'll come if I keep up running every week. Thanks all and good luck. X
