Now I am so excited to have running a 5K as part of my routine! It’s also just helped improve my general lifestyle too - I’ve lost a stone and feel so much happier. Definitely the best thing I’ve done in lockdown.

Huge congratulations on the running and the weight loss! 🎉 how have you lost a stone if you don't mind me asking? I'm not losing weight doing the C25k hoping the weight loss might come once I've graduated and running for 30 min 3x a week.
