I was very nervous about this run thinking about running 20minutes all in one go. My pace was very slow, but I got through it feeling great and surprised when the 20min was over. I found that following the slow jogging tips and landing softly with the feet made a huge difference. I was also able to concentrate more on my technique because I was going slowly. It's definitely worth a try if you haven't already π.

Congratulations on a great achievement and all those lessons learned.
Stay nice and slow for the next run........it catches out more people than any other workout in the plan.
