This one felt tough, after 15 mins I was really feeling tired and my breathing was heavier than normal. Turns out I was going faster than usual - I generally start slow and speed up but today my pace was high from the start. Need to focus on my pacing to avoid this again. One plus though, I managed 5K 😀

Pacing is probably the toughest skill to learn for a new runner, but also one of the most crucial. Your awareness that you started off too fast will develop.
