Evening all,

Are running leggings of any advantage to anyone on here.

Been running in tracky bottoms but they are too warm and not warm enough for shorts yet.

Are they a good investment?

I wear 3/4 leggings which are perfect. Mine are only cheap from JJb but I have 2 pairs because I liked them that much!

I don't wear the 'official' lycra running ones, I think my bum is still far too big for that!

Tracky bottoms probably are too hot, I would get some leggings from a sports shop instead

Yes well worth the investment- I get mine from T K Maxx- get the ones with a pocket in the bum- handy for keeping the front door key in. I find they keep me warm when its cold and cool when its hot.

Sports Direct have a good range of extremely cheap ones. I think I paid about £8 or £ 9 each for Karrimor ones. They have a pocket in the bum for a house key or whatever. I have both full leg and 3/4 leg. They're designed to wick away the sweat. I don't notice the heat in them at all. I'd say get some!

Decathlon are good for this too, if you have one near you (or online of course)
