Running leggings

Hi everyone,

I’m wondering if anyone can offer some advice on running leggings/trousers? I can’t seem to find any decent ones! Ideally high waisted, comfortable and not see through🙈 I don’t mind splurging for ones which are great for running in.

Thanks in advance.

I found 3/4length everlast running pants not thin and has 2 pockets at sports direct .

Thanks, I’ll definitely have to have a look in my local sports direct!

Not cheap but beautiful, flattering and high quality are Sweaty Betty. Look out for the sales or find yourself a sugar mummy or daddy.

On second thoughts, I shouldn't send you down this path...

Lily1612 I wear Nike Dri-Fit, they are high waisted, they come in a couple of colours, I have black, and they are not to see through. They are full length.

Sturdy by Design it's online only. I go for a size bigger than I am, but I love them.🤩🥰

In fact I have to stop myself from buying more.

Good deep well fitted waistband with drawstring, also a zip pocket in the back of the waistband.

Definitely not see through.

They come in a variety of lengths and styles.

They are, apart from great looking, excellent leggings. They don't budge either. I have run a long way in mine, you forget that you are wearing them.

I bought some good ones - plus long sleeve tops- in Sports Direct too. And got some nice thick but trendy camouflage print ones for £11.99 in Costco today.

Some good ones for under £9. I tested mine and definitely not see through and high enough on the waist for coverage!😂

Oh good, that’s what I need!🙈

I got some nice ones from Tesco they are black and cost less than £10. Nice high waste and fit well considering I’m on the large size

I have a long sleeved top from tesco actually and it’s great! I’ll have to have a look at their leggings 😊

I wear Tribe Sport leggings. They are pricey so i buy mine in the sales. They are high waisted, non see through, and stop any wobble of the butt, belly, and thighs.

I like decathlon leggings. They fit well and are cheap :)

Sweaty Betty and Lululemon (these are pricey but good fabric and well cut)

I bought some in the sale in Tesco a while back and have been really impressed with them, they are just as comfy as my Ellesse leggings and my Nike leggings and are definitely not see through. I noticed today that they have some at reduced prices again which I was tempted to buy.
