Hi guys, havent posted in a while, just wanted to check in a say hi and thankfully still on track. Definitely at the point where i need real running shoes! Ive run every other day now with the exception of one day! Its definitely getting tougher! Im slso noticing the impact when i run and i havent drank much during the day etc. So looking forward to getting to regularly running 5k! Hope everyone is still going well!

One of the important things about running is to drink plenty of water and run in proper running shoes, to make your running journey easier, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, go to a specialist sports shop and get a gait analysis and buy the recommended shoes and socks to match. 😊 🏃🏾

Totally agree, but as i wasnt sure i was going to be able to make it a habit i was unablw to justify paying out for all the bells and whistles.
