Today 18th April in 2018 I ran, run 1 of week 1 of C25K, since then I have ran 17 official Parkruns and 44 (not) parkruns, at least another 20 other 5K to 8K runs, 10/10Ks, a few 11K to 14K runs and one 10 miles run, it's been a great 3 years, also as this Healthunlocked C25K/B210K and Marathon Forums are the best Social Media Sites on the Internet I am very proud to be a member of it.

Congratulations on your 3rd runniversary Alan you’re amazing! 🥳
Thank you Lexi6, I hope you are keeping well and still running 🏃🏾.
Yes thanks Alan, life’s been pretty busy here preparing my late parents house (which a family member had been living in) for sale, lots of gardening and maintenance needed doing, so I’m now looking forward to a much more relaxed life once the sale is finalised. Yes, still running and although I haven’t posted on here yet managed to run 10 miles yesterday and I’m another 2018 graduate, 3 years on Thursday since I graduated 😊
Congratulations on completing that 10 miles run yesterday, I have only ran one 10 miles run, that was last year, perhaps for my 3rd graduation anniversary on the 18th June I might run my second 10 miles run or even run a HM, that is a big might 👍🏃🏾😊
Thanks Alan, that would be so special you running another 10 miles or even an HM I don’t doubt you will 👍😊
At this moment, just after 10am I am on a train to the coast, when I get there I will go for a 5K walk, the weather is dry with a little sunshine. 😊
Congratulations this is a great post and awesome achievements along the way! 👍
Congratulations to you. Quite a running repertoire too! May you have many more 😁👏👏👏
It’s wonderful to have you a part of it. Happy third runniversary, the best type of anniversaries

Wow.....that’s such amazing achievement.......🙌🏼👍🏼🏆many congratulations. You are definitely an inspiration to so many people, thank you.
Many congratulations on your runniversary👍🍾🍾
So inspiring to read. It sounds as if you’ve had such fun. Thank you for sharing. It’s so very encouraging. I’ve never run. I did W8R2 this morning . Thank you again. Wishing you a lovely evening.
Thanks Kingfishers, fun, most of the runs have been fun, not all, especially the recent ones in February when I was struggling though ice and snow with my sore right leg and had to walk a good part of it in a time of 55.06, otherwise, most of my running have been fun, I am having a lovely evening, Monday evening is the one evening I have a fish supper, earlier today I took a train journey to the coast and walked 5K.
Your reply made me chuckle-I only realise the fun when Michael J says “you’ve done it. Keep walking. Don’t stop moving.”
Up to that point I’m still seeking the fun.
Sounds like a fabulous day had. Coastal Train Ride sounds wonderful. A walk and a fish supper as evening draws to an end. Stay blessed.
AlMorr! Happy Runniversary 😊. Your kind words of encouragement have kept me motivated many a time - you are one of the people who make this such a great forum. Did you run today? 🎉🎉🎉
Wow that is so inspiring Al, what amazing achievements. Many many congratulations to you on your 3rd Runanniversary you must be feeling so proud.🌲💙🧸🐾🏴🥰🦄 🐻 🐻 🐻🐾🐾🐾💙💙🎓🧑🏻🏭🌱🏃🏻♀️🌈🦄🌈🦄🌈🦄🌈🦄🌈🦄
You really should Al it is wonderful and you are very inspiring.
Lol sorry I have emoji craziness. No more emoji!!
Wonderful Al, congrats, what a fabulous 3 years you've had, it truly is life changing isn't it 🏃♂️🏃♀️
And you're right about these forums, it's been around 3 years for me too with one difference...in the 1st year I did it alone and was only at 23 mins with a couple of short walk breaks and just couldn't figure out how to progress from there, then I joined HU and boy how things changed!
As we now know and have advised many others I was simply going too fast, and probably not hydrating well.
It's simple with a little help and support from all our lovely HU running friends 😊
I couldn't agree more with you Run46 regarding this forum and how HU has helped so many people to run C25K, slow running is the answer, slow and steady as in this forum, I have indeed had 3 fabulous years of running, I hope you are also enjoying your runs, thanks for congratulating me regarding my wonderful 3rd running anniversary on starting the course of C25K.
Congratulations on your runniversary Al! 💪👏👏👏 And you’re so right, it definitely is 😍
