I did it at last! I’m a C25K graduate 👩‍🎓

Yay! I’ve been trying to get fit since 2019, but injury and depression got the better of me for a while. Last night I ran R3W9 and graduated at last! So proud, onwards and upwards from here 😆 thanks to all of you who have posted here, I have learned so much and gained so much inspiration from you all and it’s because of your stories and honesty that I have gotten this far. I can’t wait to start my consolidation runs 👍 Thank you
