I have just finished my W9 R3!! I am so happy I canβt believe I have graduated!!
Thinking back to week 1 where 60 seconds was so tough, and Iβm not saying the 30 mins is easy but I can do it!! I am so unbelievably happy.
I canβt thank this forum and all of you lovely people enough. I love posting on here and will continue to update you all on my post graduation journey.
Thank you all and here is to strengthening my running routine even more and becoming fitter and fitter.

I will certainly carry on! Going to keep doing two 30 min runs a week and one shorter quicker one each week as well as other gym workouts for strength.
