Woo hoo!! I did it, I’ve literally just completed W9R3, my final run and I feel fantastic. Thank you so much to everybody on this forum for all your wonderful support, encouragement and advice. You are all such special people who really helped me to complete my journey, something I couldn’t really imagine when I started this programme. I had a few things against me today, a heavy monthly visitor (TMI!) and heavy rain but it didn’t hold me back, I was slightly faster and also probably a little bit naughty as I ran an extra 4 minutes to get me to 5K. I didn’t plan on doing so, I just felt I could keep going so I did.
Never give up. This journey is life changing, you can achieve anything if you really put your mind to it.
Now for a parkrun .. after consolidating for a bit.

You did it!! Well done!! You're amazing You must be very proud. If you're not, you should be
Really exciting to see this, and encouraging for me as it's hopefully mine tomorrow. Isn't it great to start off being a non-runner, and then run for 30 minutes? After my first 30 minute run I realised how far I'd come (since week 1, not distance!!). What's next?
Soooo looking forward to hearing you graduate Neil!! I am waving and saving you a spot 😉 You are amazing too and thank you for your most lovely support too. We have done well x
I have a lot to live up to ladies, I'm slow and steady but will achieve graduation eventually, in it for the long run (pun intended!) Have a lovely day fellow Sadies xxx
Congratulations, a fantastic achievement! I did exactly the same as you today - I ran for an extra 4 mins to get to 5k on my local Parkrun. Keep running.
