I completed week 9 this week and on my next run I played the same week 9 podcast because although I have put other playlists together to run to, I still think I need the encouragement provided by Laura on the NHS podcast. I really don't want to run out of steam halfway through a run. Has anyone else felt they needed to keep playing the last podcast for a while or am I just weird? π

Completed week 9. How will I manage without Laura? π
Congratulations on graduating from C25K, well done, you can still use run 3 of week 9 when you run several 30 minute consolidation runs before you think of what you want to run next, for example Laura also does the Stepping stones podcasts which are pace, speed and stamina, you are certainly not weird.

On my first consolidation run Monday wheels came off, I had switched to NRC app, changed my playlist, and perhaps been a tad overconfident. Switched back to regular NHS app with familiar voice of Michael and usual motivational playlist for next consolidation runs and normal service resumed... so for now Iβm keeping to familiar routine weird or not youβre not alone on doing this! Well done on completing program!ππ½
Congratulations! Nothing wrong with a few weeks of W9 to consolidate your progress. Then you could try the 3 other podcasts which feature the lovely Laura: stepping stones, stamina and speed.
Actually I got used to not having a voice straight away. I just play my own music. Maybe you should slow down a bit?
Many congratulations on your graduation, fellow runner.

Keep running, keep smiling.
No youβre not weird Paul25k, I did all my consolidation runs that way! You may find, like I did, that by the end of them youβll feel confident enough to go it alone! Good luck!
The Nike Run Club App is great for consolidation runs, lots of coached runs of various times and distances to choose from. Iβve used it since graduating and itβs helped me reach 10k, 10 miles and even one Half Marathon ππββοΈ
Not weird at all, that is exactly how I felt, until I too discovered NRC, with loads of different runs to please everyone π€Έ
