Feeling good and somehow proud of my achievement

All done, 9 weeks and 27 runs accomplished. To be honest, was quite sceptical at the beginning to be able to achieve it, but very very and very please to have done it. As I am on furlough at the moment, I'm actually waiting for the next run. I used to like running when I was younger, but after 20 years without running, I'm quite surprised how I got back to it.

What will be the next step? Carry for few weeks on week 9 and move to bridge to 10k?

First thing, thought I will never do, is to go to a runner shop on Monday and get some proper running shoes.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 9 and graduating from C25K, indeed, all those sports shops are reopening on Monday, you can go and get a gait analysis and buy the recommended shoes and socks to match. 😊
