Extremely proud of this achievement

Well, I don’t have a good record of sticking to plans - especially around fitness. However if lockdown gave me something it gave me C25K. I had never heard of it before and when I thought to myself, “I’m going to do that” I decided not to tell everyone. I stuck to every suggestion and I stuck to the plan when it got tough and when I thought I could run further or faster. I’ve finally stuck to something. I’ve done it. I have just completed Week 9 Run 3! I have Graduated!

You will get there. I had to ‘push through’ on a couple of runs but I’ve learnt that my biggest enemy isn’t the slope, isn’t my knees, isn’t the blister on my left foot, isn’t the pedestrians, isn’t my stamina. It is my thinking.

Think positively and enjoy.
